I you place your hand in the lowest part of your neck, you can feel a node, this is the "neck vertebrae. The natural waistline is normally just above the level of your navel (bellybutton). Follow the shape of you back when you measure. The location of these measures can vary a little from person to person. Measure exactly and do not add anything.
